At SafaraNext, we strive to provide the best VR rental services for your events and gatherings. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:

  1. Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Event:

    • If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your event date, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.

  2. Cancellations Made Between 7 and 13 Days Before the Event:

    • For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event, a partial refund of 50% of the total payment will be issued.

  3. Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Event:

    • Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to the preparation and resources already allocated for your booking.

Changes to Bookings:

If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • No-shows or failure to use the rented VR equipment on the event day.

  • Damage to the equipment due to negligence or misuse (additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements).

  • Customized packages or services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
