At SafaraNext, we strive to provide the best VR rental services for your events and gatherings. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellation and Refund Guidelines:

Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before the Event:

If you cancel your booking at least 14 days before your event date, you are eligible for a full refund of your payment.

Cancellations Made Between 7 and 13 Days Before the Event:

For cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event, a partial refund of 50% of the total payment will be issued.

Cancellations Made Less Than 7 Days Before the Event:

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable due to the preparation and resources already allocated for your booking.

Changes to Bookings:
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us at least 7 days in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 7 days of the event may incur additional fees.
Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during booking.
Non-Refundable Circumstances:

No-shows or failure to use the rented VR equipment on the event day.

Damage to the equipment due to negligence or misuse (additional charges may apply for repairs or replacements).

Customized packages or services explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
